Hospitalization coverage. Generally no premium for those who worked 10+ years.

Initial Enrollment Period (IEP)
7 months around your 65th birthday — the best time to enroll.
Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
Oct 15 – Dec 7 each year. Change or add Medicare Advantage or Part D coverage.
General Enrollment Period (GEP)
Jan 1 – Mar 31. For those who missed their IEP.
Special Enrollment Period (SEP)
Available after certain life events: moving, losing employer coverage, etc.
