Do I need an appointment?
No. You can walk into any of our offices without an appointment. You can also call (800) 337-3232 to confirm your documents before coming in.
Are you the official DMV?
No. We are a licensed insurance agency that offers DMV processing services as an added benefit for our clients. We process and pay DMV fees on your behalf, plus a service fee.
How long does the service take?
Most services are completed in 15–30 minutes at our office. For more complex services like out-of-state registration, it may take up to an hour.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and certified checks. For DMV fees, we accept the same payment methods as the official DMV.
Can you help if I don't speak English?
Yes. All our agents are bilingual in Spanish and English. We process everything without language being a barrier.
Do you handle driver's license services?
Driver's license services (exams, license renewal) must be done at the official DMV. We specialize in vehicle services: registration, title and plates.
